Kapnova uses connected platform data only to run client-specific decision simulations, measurement, and pilot analysis under signed confidentiality and data-processing terms.
This policy explains what data Kapnova may collect from connected client platforms, how that data is stored, how long it is retained, and how access is governed. For questions, contact contact@kapnova.com.
Kapnova collects only the data needed to analyze marketing, marketplace, email, SMS, analytics, and social performance for the client that connected the platform. Connections are read-only unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Kapnova stores client data in a private Google Cloud Platform tenant per client, with isolated BigQuery datasets for each client environment.
Each client environment is separated so one client’s data is not visible to another client or reused in another client’s workspace.
Operational and analytics data is stored in isolated BigQuery datasets scoped to the client tenant and authorized service accounts.
Kapnova does not share client data across clients and does not use client data to train shared models.
All access to client data is governed by a signed nondisclosure agreement and data processing agreement before Kapnova extracts data from connected platforms.
Kapnova retains connected client data for one year unless the client requests deletion earlier or a signed agreement requires a different retention period.
Clients can request deletion of their connected platform data and pilot artifacts by contacting contact@kapnova.com.
Client data, outputs, simulations, source extracts, and derived workspace context are not shared with other clients and are not used to train shared models.
The sections above describe how Kapnova handles client platform data as a processor. The following covers personal information more broadly, including website visitors, prospects, and users, where Kapnova acts as a controller.
This policy explains how Kapnova Inc. handles personal information across its website, communications, and the Services. It covers two categories. First, client platform data processed to deliver the Services, described in the sections above, where Kapnova acts as a processor on behalf of the client. Second, information about website visitors, prospects, and users, described here, where Kapnova acts as a controller.
Account and contact information: name, work email, company, role, and information you provide when you contact us, request a pilot, or enter an agreement.
Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics from your use of the website.
Connected platform data: as described in the sections above, processed on behalf of the client that connected the platform.
We use personal information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; to communicate with you and respond to inquiries; to secure the Services and prevent misuse; to comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent where required, to send you relevant updates.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consent where required (for example, certain marketing or non-essential cookies), and compliance with a legal obligation.
We share personal information with service providers and subprocessors that host and support the Services, such as cloud infrastructure providers, under confidentiality and data-protection terms; with authorities where required by law; and with a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information. We do not share one client’s data with another client, and we do not use raw client data to train models shared across clients.
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them. Where required, a consent mechanism governs non-essential cookies.
We retain account and contact information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Connected client platform data is retained as described above: one year unless the client requests deletion earlier or a signed agreement requires a different period.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including per-client tenant isolation, scoped access controls, and encryption in transit. See the Security page for detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@kapnova.com. For personal information contained in client platform data, we will refer the request to the relevant client, who is the controller, and support them as processor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for cross-border transfers of personal information.
For personal information within connected client platform data, the client is the controller and Kapnova is the processor, acting on documented instructions under the applicable Data Processing Agreement. For account, contact, and website data, Kapnova is the controller.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Services connect, at the client’s direction, to third-party platforms, and the website may link to third-party sites. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices, not this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect on the date posted, shown as the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the website or Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
